The problem is that when you are making a recipe, the numbers themselves get abstracted away. They are just numbers, without the actual ingredients, so the recipes become something you have to learn to think through in order to understand. Adding ingredients to the recipe doesn’t make a dish any more delicious, it just makes it more complicated. And that’s okay, because I like making the recipes the way that I want to make them.

If you are in the kitchen and you see a bunch of ingredients and you go, “This looks delicious,” that really has nothing to do with the recipe. The more you use your brain the more you will learn about what the recipe is and how to make it.

This is not just about making your dishes. It’s about learning what the recipe is, and how to make it. If you know what to do, then you are a good cook. The recipe is really about the food. It’s really about learning a recipe.

Another great thing about using technology to cook is that you can discover your food’s history and learn from other chefs. You can do the same thing with containers and recipes. I wrote a blog post a few months back titled “0x0 containers and how they got into my kitchen.
