Cool your anger issues- 10 ways to control your anger

Many people are at the point where they feel like their anger is out of control. Sometimes, you might even feel like it is impacting your health and relationships with others.

It’s natural to feel really angry when you are put in a position where you feel like your rights or safety are being infringed.

A lot of times, it is also difficult for people who have anger issues to try to control their anger because they tend to be mad all of the time!

Here at http://campusdoc.net/ has some more ways to control your anger.

It can be difficult to re-figure out how to put together a plan that helps you overcome your anger issues.

Here are 10 ways to control your anger– follow them to cool your anger issues.

1.Write down your feelings in a journal.

One of the best ways to figure out how you are feeling is to write it down in a journal. Try to get the emotion out on paper before it turns into anger. Make sure you are writing down your feelings, not someone else’s!

2.Hit a pillow or support group!

If you are feeling very angry, it is not smart to hit something or someone that you care about. Therefore, it’s important to find a safe outlet to relieve your anger.

If you are not comfortable hitting something in your house, then go outside and hit a ball against the wall in your yard. Find a good support group where you can rant and let go of some steam.

3.Meditate.

Sometimes it is hard to calm down when you are angry, however meditation can calm your mind and body so that you are able to express yourself more freely.

What many people do not understand is that anger can actually have a direct impact on the body.

This is because anger releases adrenaline into the bloodstream, which then can lead to tremors in your hands or shaking of your arms.

It is important for you to find a way to relieve your anger in a healthy way. Meditation is an excellent way for many people to control their anger!

4.Run.

Get out of the house and start running! Running is a great way to help you unwind, calm down, and release some steam. You simply have to find a good route that you enjoy running on.

When you are running it is easier for your mind to focus on something other than what is bothering you. Running will provide a good way for you to cool your anger off.

5.Play video games or sports

Playing video games or simply doing sports are great ways for many people to control their anger. This is because you are focusing on something other than the problems that are upsetting you.

Many people will play video games or do sports to help them wind down after a long day at work or school. Find something fun to do that gets your mind off of what is bothering you.

6.Watch comedy movies

Find a funny movie and watch it! The key here is to find funny movies that do not offend you or your views in any way, shape, or form. Movies that make you laugh help to control your anger. If you find a movie that you can laugh at while also feeling angry, then do it.

Also, watch other funny movies even if they are inappropriate for your circumstances. It is okay to laugh and joke around about embarrassing and strange things!

7.Play powerball with a friend.

Play an old school game called “powerball” with a friend or family member who has the same feelings as you do.

You might sit across from each other and take turns using cards to fill in the numbers on the board. The rules are simple.

The first person to make a line of five numbers horizontally, vertically, or diagonally wins.

8.Be creative!

If you are feeling extremely angry, then it is important for you to find a creative way to express yourself.

Create cartoons to help vent your anger. Draw self-portraits that tell you what is bothering you. Make clay sculptures that capture the feelings that are driving you nuts.

9.Listen to music

If you are feeling extremely angry, then it is important for you to find your favorite music. Find the type of songs that make it easier for you to express yourself and express your anger.

Listen to this music while you run, while you ride a bicycle, while you go to work. It will help you control your anger and release some steam.

10.Drink hot tea or coffee!

Drink hot tea or coffee! This is a natural way for many people to calm down and relieve their stress.

This is because both of these warm drinks contain caffeine and other natural ingredients, which can help soothe and relax your body when you’re feeling angry or upset.
