The concept of Chakra

There are seven chakra points in the body. The word “chakra” is Sanskrit for wheel or turning, and it refers to the wheels of energy that exist in each area of our bodies.

These energy centers are directly related to various physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and sexual health issues.

Energy is the life force. From the beginning of life to the end, all living things are made up of energy.

When the body is healthy, its energy flows freely through all parts of the body. The chakras are also said to be connected to other organs in our bodies which assist us in our daily activities.

Clean ERSJ has some more information about the concepts of chakra.

By studying these energy centers, we can learn about ourselves and how we may or may not be able to heal ourselves or deal with health issues.

Chakra healing involves tapping into the natural chi (or universal life force) that exists within all of us by using various techniques such as Reiki, acupuncture and massage therapy.

Here are some points discussed about the concept of Chakra-

1. Chakra (Wheel / Turning)

It is a Sanskrit word that means “turning”, and it refers to the wheels of energy in the body. There are seven chakras in the human body and they correspond to certain spiritual and physiological functions.

Chakra, which is located in the centres of the body, plays a major role for your well-being and health. The chakras can be activated by breathing exercises, meditation, yoga meditation or by doing any other kind of exercise.

Chakra healing involves tapping into the natural chi (or universal life force) that exists within all of us by using various techniques such as Reiki, acupuncture and massage therapy.

The chakras are related to the following mind and body functions:

2. Three-or-Six-Chakra System?

Most of the authors agree that there are seven major chakras. All agree that the first three (muladhara, svadhisthana and manipura) and last two (anahata and turiya) are most important.

The most disputed point is where to put the remaining three, which represent varying degrees of importance in different traditions.

The chakras are related to the following mind and body functions:

3. Chakra Problems & Spiritual Awakening

As we progress on our spiritual path, we may experience physical or emotional problems. This is our body’s way of telling us that there are some blocked areas in our energy system.

It is said that some of the blockages are caused by the unresolved issues from this lifetime or previous lifetimes. These problems can be resolved through chakra healing, meditation and self-reflection.

Once the blockages have been released, through chakra healing for example, people often report that they feel very light on their feet or that they have a sense of floating above their bodies.

Chakras can also be opened in a way that allows us to experience a greater level of awareness and peace. This is why they are regarded as a link between the physical and spiritual aspects of our existence.

Some people stay in good health throughout life, while others suffer from various problems, even death at a very early age. There are also those who do not believe in chakras or intuition . These people will set aside their beliefs after they have experienced the benefits of chakra healing for themselves.

4. Types of Chakras?

The chakras are located at different points on the body and each has its own purpose. There are seven chakras in the body and they are located at different points on the body.

Some people believe that there are only six chakras, while others believe that there is a seventh chakra, which is located in between the first and second chakras.

There has been some recent research which has shown that the location of the first three chakras is near or exactly on top of a corresponding earth point.

The houses of our houses correspond to where we feel most comfortable. For example, some people feel very calm and peaceful in their home.

On some occasions, we may even lose track of time as we spend a lot of time in our homes doing everyday things.

During chakra healing, we might discover that some areas of the body need special attention. We may also learn about our inner strengths as we progress on our spiritual path.

5. Colour Correspondences of Chakras?

The first chakra is red; the second is orange; the third is yellow; the fourth is green; the fifth is blue and white; and the sixth and seventh, which are also known as Sahasrara and Aja-Vak, and located at the top of our heads, are purple or violet.
