The location is much better than Guduvanchery Nagar, Palarivattom and Pathanamthitta. It’s just 7 km away from Kalamassery and 3 km from KSRTC bus stand (opposite the KSRTC bus station, Palarivattom). This place is considered one of the prime locations in Kerala.

The best example for this would be the Eden Spice factory which has been functioning here in Kerala for more than 40 years now. That speaks a lot about this place as well as the standard of living that is expected to be provided here by all the home builders.

The latest amenities and facilities that you can expect to find here are the following: A shopping mall with a hypermarket, banks, schools, hospitals, fitness gyms and more. The real estate developers have put in their best to bring in everything that you need here in this area. 

However calling it a city would be an exaggeration but given the ease of living here, it is worth considering if you are looking for a small town like environment after leaving your small town behind.
