Ups Pre-work Health Check Doesn’t Have To Be Hard. Read These 10 Tips

You know that the upspreworkcheck.com l is important, but sometimes it feels like too much to handle. With everything else on your plate, what with work, family and your social life, it can be hard to fit in a good workout or manage a healthy diet. But you don’t want to neglect this vital step in order to protect yourself from COVID-19 – so you’ve come to the right place! Here’s our 10 best tips for getting through your UPS Pre-Work Health Check with ease.

1. The first step is to create your account.

To do this, go to upspreworkcheck.com and click “Join Today” on the top-right corner of the screen. You’ll be asked for your email address, so feel free to create a new one so you don’t end up using the same one you linked with during registration or an old email address that was used by someone else.

2. Next, you’ll need to enter your personal information

This is to ensure that your personal information is kept safe and secure. After getting this all taken care of, it’s time to log in. Name (you can use whatever you’d like), Phone number and Email address are what you need.

3. Click on Upload Documents

Now you’re at the next step! You’ll need to upload one document from each of the following categories:

The Paperwork packet – If your name or address hasn’t changed, then you don’t need to worry about updating it here;

The Personal Health Information Form – The form you filled out at the start before you got scanned;

The Personal Health Information Form – A new one created after the previous one was signed off by your doctor if there has been a change in anything.

4. Once you’ve done that, click on the “Complete” button.

5. Now it’s time to add your prescreen information

This is the information that will be used if you’re taking part in a test or a UPS pre-work health check during an actual shift. It’s not as important as all the other documents, so you don’t have to worry if it isn’t quite complete, completed or correct.

6. Head over to upload testimonial

This is a form of testimonial that you can use to explain the reason why you’re here and how it will improve the way your company works. You don’t have to make up an elaborate description, but simply stating that COVID-19 is your reason for being here is enough. Once you’re done with that, it’s time to head over to the section where you can upload your testimonial. In the box which says “Add a comment,” write something along the lines of:

“I went through my UPS pre-work health check on upspreworkcheck.com. They made it really easy and convenient.”

7. Now it’s time to personalize and complete the form

Once you’re done with that, you’ll get a pop-up message saying that your form has been shipped to UPS. Don’t worry; once it’s done, you won’t have to worry about it again.

8. You’re all set! Now start the next day’s UPS Pre-Work Health Check!

If you’ve got everything ready, then just log in with your account username and password. Once you’re in, there should be a tab with “Upstate” on it which says “My Pre Work Entry.” Click on that and continue as normal!

9. If you’ve forgotten your account username, here’s how to find it again

If you couldn’t remember your username, then it’s easy to check your account history. Just click “Account History” at the bottom of the screen which will take you to a page where you can see all previous logins as well as delete them. You signed up via email, right? If that email is in your inbox, then use the same email and password you made after signing up. Once you do that, go to upspreworkcheck.com. Under “Sign In,” click on “Sign In with Facebook.” You’ll be asked for a Facebook app ID and Secret Key which you’ll need to create a new password for. Then log in using your Facebook and get back to work!
