1 pouch-Stove Top Chicken Stuffing Mix (or 1 cup boiling water and 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules), 2 Tbsp minced onion, 3/4 cup celery and 1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken.

Combine all ingredients except corn bread in 2-quart casserole.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Top with cornbread cubes and bake 10 minutes longer.

Method:

Thaw Stove Top Chicken Stuffing Mix in the refrigerator or let it sit at room temperature until it is soft enough to stir, about 10 minutes.

Put turkey in a greased 13×9 casserole dish or pan. Add celery, onions, butter, chicken broth, salt & pepper for seasoning for turkey .

Add corn bread crumbs over the top of the turkey mixture. Add 10 drops hot sauce over mixture if desired. Cook at 350 degrees covered with foil for 30 minutes~1 hour.

If your stuffing is a bit too dry, add a little broth or water.
