This is a warning for developers and users about an undefined error in the C++ context of the CgContext. If the CgContext is not initialized, this error may occur.

If you’re using Xcode 8.

Xcode 8 has a bug that causes undefined error when CgContext initialized, but there is no way to fix it. If you are using Xcode 8, then you don’t have a way to fix it.

Sorry to be so blunt, but that’s just how it seems. Xcode 8 is just a bad, broken product that doesn’t work well at all. The fix is simple, though. Upgrade to Xcode 9, which fixes the entire Xcode 8 “bug” and works well with all of the other Xcode features (which are in beta form).

I can tell you that if Xcode 8 is not an option for you, then Xcode 9 is the best bet. In Xcode 9 you have everything that Xcode 8 included in your CgContext class.

Xcode 9 fixes this bug and makes it so the CgContext class can take any CgContext class you want. Xcode 8 didnt work at all, so Xcode 9 works 100%.

I’m sure this is what’s going on with xcode, but I don’t see any way to fix it.

The first thing people often ask about is if you have to manually make a CgContext object. They think Xcode 8 doesnt allow you to do this, but you do. You can make a CgContext object just like you can make any other object in Xcode 8.Xcode 8 didnt work at all, so Xcode 9 does.

The new CgContext class is pretty good, and the new Xcode 8 compiler is very fast. The most critical time you need to fix it is when you want to include methods that you want to implement in your CgContext.
